Overview

Our business team are dedicated to guiding you through the onboarding and integration steps, ensuring a smooth transition to our payment facilitation solutions.

For businesses planning to adopt NOAH's Reliance Mode solutions, adhering to NOAH's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) standards and completing the Know Your Business (KYB) onboarding process is essential. 1. Register Your Interest

Contact us at business@noah.com or complete our First Contact Form and a member of the NOAH business team will engage with you to initiate the onboarding process.

2. Upgrade to a Business Account

Start by registering a NOAH account with your business email address, through the NOAH App. Having registered, please contact your business team representative and your NOAH account will be upgraded to a Business Account.

While your KYB and AML checks are in progress, a NOAH Representative will invite you to integrate with our Sandbox Environment.

3. Access the Sandbox

In your Business Account, navigate to sandbox.noah.com to access your dashboard. This platform serves as a command centre for managing your integration and viewing transactions on your account. To begin your integration you can generate a Sandbox API Key in the Configuration page, for further details on authenticating your requests, visit Authentication.

4. Graduate to Production

The Sandbox environment facilitates mocked requests and responses and uses testnet currencies, a critical step to test your integration with your existing financial systems to ensure a robust implementation.

Upon completion of testing in the Sandbox environment, our engineering team will guide you in transitioning to a Production Account, where you will begin handling live transactions with live funds. We offer dedicated support to ensure your production implementation is seamless and optimised for real-world financial operations.
